The Curse of Covid-19.

It has been a real roller-coaster these last few months with the outbreak of Covid-19, slowly destroying most industries in its path; events being its first casualty, and most likely its last.

Every single booking I had went over night which was terrifying however I decided to take some time to think and not over think, which is easier said than done.

I also made the decision to just say ‘yes’ to whatever came my way, both life in general and work. I’m glad I did just that; I said yes to show calling a virtual event. I was so far out of my comfort zone but it pushed me and gave me the confidence to do more.

Virtual events are the current state of play and will be for a while, slowly morphing into a blend of virtual and live and then, praise be, the return of the roadshow and who doesn’t love a roadshow; the home of decent profit margins!
